The pricing page lists the base price for every service. Fees are added for older or larger homes, certain sub-structure types and travel outside the service area.
Are your inspectors licensed?
Yes. Every TRUELINE inspection is performed by an Oregon Certified Home Inspector, certified through the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
Can I add radon testing or a sewer scope?
Yes. Each costs less when scheduled together with a home inspection than on its own. The pricing page lists both prices.
Do you inspect ADUs, garages and barns?
Yes. An ADU inspection and detached garages, shops and barns each cost less when bundled with the main home. The pricing page lists both prices.
What is an 11-month inspection?
It is an inspection of a newly built home shortly before the builder’s first-year warranty ends, so you can ask the builder to fix defects while they are still covered.
