Buying a house usually means deciding fast with very little information. A residential inspection gives you that information before the inspection window closes: what condition the main systems are in, what needs attention now, and what can wait.

Residential Home Inspection: Questions
How much does a residential home inspection cost?
The base price is listed on our pricing page. Fees are added for older homes, larger square footage, certain sub-structure types and travel outside the service area. Adding radon testing, a sewer scope or a detached structure on the same visit brings a bundle discount.
Who carries out the inspection?
An Oregon Certified Home Inspector, certified by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
