When you call, email or book online we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, the services you want and your preferred date. If a real estate agent books for you, they may share the same details with us.

Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider record basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages viewed and the approximate location derived from your IP address. Online scheduling
Bookings made on our scheduling page are handled by Hive, the inspection software we use for scheduling and reports. Information you enter there is processed by Hive on our behalf so we can confirm your appointment, prepare your inspection and deliver your report.
