From Old Town to new subdivisions
Sherwood grew from a small town into one of the Portland area’s fast-growing suburbs. Old Town has older houses on its tree-lined streets, while most of the city’s homes are newer subdivisions, and new neighborhoods are still being built.
New homes need checking too
A newer house can still have missing insulation, poorly sloped gutters or a loose plumbing connection. If you bought new in Sherwood, an 11-month inspection before your builder’s warranty ends is money well spent.
Rural edges
Around Sherwood’s edges and toward Scholls you will find acreage with shops, barns and detached garages. We can inspect those structures on the same visit.
