The website is general information

Articles, service descriptions, prices and other content on this site are general information about our services and about homes. They are not an inspection of any particular property and are not a substitute for professional advice about your situation.

Inspections are covered by their own agreement

Every inspection or test is carried out under a written agreement that you accept before the work begins. That agreement, together with Oregon’s standards of practice for certified home inspectors, sets out what is and is not included. If anything on this website differs from your inspection agreement, the agreement applies.

Prices

Prices on this site are base prices. The final price depends on the property and the services you choose and is confirmed when you book. We may change our prices at any time; changes do not affect inspections already booked.

Booking through third parties

Online booking is provided through Hive, our scheduling and reporting software. Your use of that booking tool is also subject to the terms shown there. Links to other websites, such as social media, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Use of content

The text, logo and design of this site belong to TRUELINE Home Inspections or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don’t copy or republish our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits obligations we have under an inspection agreement or under Oregon law.

Governing law

Oregon law applies to these terms and to any dispute about this website.
