A duplex or triplex is several homes under one roof, and each unit has its own kitchen, bathrooms, electrical and often its own heating and water heater. We inspect every unit on its own and then the parts they share: roof, foundation, exterior and common areas.
What we look at
- Each unit’s interior, kitchen, bathrooms and appliances
- Separate electrical panels and plumbing for each unit
- Heating, cooling and water heating for each unit
- Fire separation between units where it can be seen
- Shared roof, foundation, crawlspace, exterior and parking areas
Who it’s for
Owner-occupants and investors buying two- or three-unit properties.
Where it’s available
Across all of TRUELINE’s service areas, including Sherwood, Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard and Tualatin.
